Grants Portal - Terms of Use

Welcome to the Division of Local Government Online Grants Portal
This website is intended for the use of local governments to electronically file a grant application online. Should you have a successful application that results in an award, this portal will also walk you through the reporting requirements of a grant and allow you to view documents associated with a grant.

In order for a local government's staff or officials to file a document, the local government must create an active account. For most local governments, there is a single account holder. The use of and security for the account and associated privileges are the responsibility of the registered account holder as an authorized representative of the governing body of the local government.

This website will walk you through filing a grant application online. Should you have a successful application that results in an award, this portal will also walk you through the contracting and reporting requirements. You are solely responsible for the accurate and timely filing of your application and any reporting requirements. You will receive an automated receipt by email showing that your application and/or reports were received. If you do not receive this automated receipt, please call our office to ensure we received your application and reports.

Testing for this application was primarily conducted using a Mozilla Firefox internet browser. As a result, users may find that this application works best when using a Mozilla Firefox internet browser. This application may also work with Internet Explorer 9+ and Google Chrome. This application does not work with Internet Explorer 8 and earlier.

When using this application, several screens may have a "Previous Screen" link. This link should be used rather than using the back button on your internet browser. Using the back button on the internet browser may result in unexpected problems with the application on these screens.

Account users are responsible for correctly entering all required information. Information may be entered using cut and paste options from other documents. You may save and continue your application for completion at a later time.
