Special Notes: | Students will utilize actual documents to complete the appraisal process for each stage of a condominium’s life. The case study facilitates discussion opportunities and small group breakout sessions to identify relevant property characteristics, assignment conditions, scope of work considerations, individual and mass appraisal approaches to value, and other value tracking and assessment considerations that are required by Colorado statutes for ad valorem appraisal. |
