Welcome to the Division of Property Taxation Online Portal
This website is intended for the use of counties to electronically file online. This portal will allow you to submit and view filings associated with your county.

In order for a county's staff or officials to file, the staff or officials must create active accounts. The use of and security for the account and associated privileges are the responsibility of the registered account holder as an authorized representative of the county.

This website will walk you through filing online. You are solely responsible for the accurate and timely filing of any reporting requirements. You will receive an automated receipt by email showing that your filings were received. If you do not receive this automated receipt, please call our office to ensure we received your filings.

Testing for this application was primarily conducted using a Mozilla Firefox internet browser. As a result, users may find that this application works best when using a Mozilla Firefox internet browser. This application may also work with Internet Explorer 9+ and Google Chrome. This application does not work with Internet Explorer 8 and earlier.

When using this application, several screens may have a "Previous Screen" link. This link should be used rather than using the back button on your internet browser. Using the back button on the internet browser may result in unexpected problems with the application on these screens.

Account users are responsible for correctly entering all required information. Information may be entered using cut and paste options from other documents. You may save and continue your filing at a later time.
