Document Categories and Types

The following list contains all document category and document type mappings for all documents that can be filed through the system. Use this report to find the documents that can be filed for the local government selected.

Annual Budget Copy of the adopted annual budget accompanied by budget officer's certification. Please combine the budget documents into one file for uploading. Document Year is the budget year and Document Date is the date of the budget adoption resolution/ordinance. Budget
Budget Amendment/Supplement Copy of resolution or ordinance for adopted budget amendment or supplement. Document Year is the budget year and Document Date is the adoption date of resolution/ordinance. Budget
Certificate of Election Results Copy of the certified elections results. Document date is the date of the election. Document Year is the year in which the election was held. Elections
Certification of Tax Levies Copy of Certification of Tax Levies (DLG 70). Certification Date is the date submitted to the Board(s) of County Commissioners. The Certification of Levies may be included within the local government's annual budget rather than filed independently. Budget
Designated Agent (HB1244) Copy of the local government's Designated Agent (HB12-1244) pursuant to C.R.S. 24-32-116(a)(II). Document date is the date of certification. List of IGAs Copy of annual updated informational list of all contracts in effect with other political subdivisions - Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA's) C.R.S. 29-1-205. Optional unless requested by DLG. Document Year is the current list year and Document Date is the date the list is effective. Non-Rated Public Securities Report Annual report of Non-Rated Public Securities under C.R.S. 11-58-101. Annual Deadline: March 1. Document Year is the report year and Document Date is the date of filing. Finance
Notice & Resolution Cancelling Election File a combined document containing both a copy of the Notice of Cancellation and a copy of the governing body's resolution cancelling the election. Alternatively, file a copy of the governing body’s resolution appointing and authorizing the DEO to cancel the election and a copy of the Notice of Cancellation.
