- Agencies involved: Archuleta County agencies, Town of Pagosa Springs, Excel Energy, Colorado Division of Emergency Management, US Forest Service, Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Geological Survey, Water Conservation Board, Civil Air Patrol, Corps of Engineers.

- Damage: No physical damage
- Current Status: Slow moving land slide on US Forest Service land affecting a US Forest Service road in Archuleta County. Currently about 150 acres. Soil and debris are already being deposited in the river. State Geological Survey and Water Conservation Board are sending engineers to evaluate and DEM is sending a liaison. Excel Energy is repairing damage to gas line caused by slide. Excel geologist and engineer on site. County and State emergency management are preparing warning and evacuation plans. DEM is continuing to monitor situation. Next sitrep in 24 hours
- Future threats: A possible threat to the community. Has a possibility to grow to 750 acres and dam the river.
