- State assistance anticipated: The State Emergency Operations Center has been activated at level II status. An SEOC information line has been established at 720-852-6644. Multiple State agencies are on call.
- Deaths/Major Injuries: total 73 confirmed cases.
- Damage: No physical damage, economic: 60-65% restaurants remain open; all district schools, Trinidad State College Valley campus, and Adams State are closed for the remainder of the week. Schools are scheduled to open on Monday. A meeting with school officials is scheduled for Sunday to instruct procedures to follow with students and personnel.
- Current Status: 95% of the town is at proper testing levels for yellow notification (limited bathing). The whole town needs to be 10 ppm before yellow confirmation can be issued. This is expected to occur sometime on Saturday March 29th in conjunction with notification distribution to residents and retail businesses. On March 27, approximately 17,500 gallons of water were distributed (65% was in bulk). There are approximately 50,500 gallons of bottled water on-hand.
