- State assistance anticipated: The State Emergency Operations Center has been activated at level II status. An SEOC information line has been established at 720-852-6644. Follow-on Incident Management Teams may be requested for deployment to the City of Alamosa as well as the State Emergency Operations Center. Multiple State agencies are on call.
- Deaths/Major Injuries: total 73 confirmed cases.
- Damage: No physical damage, economic: 4 restaurants have closed; all district schools, Trinidad State College Valley campus, and Adams State are closed for the remainder of the week. Currently 4 out of 6 Day Care Centers are closed in the City of Alamosa
- Current Status: The City of Alamosa completed its initial flushing activities on March 25. Today, the major emphasis will be working on flushing Stage 1 (Northern part of the City). Residents that are affected by Stage 1 are told not to use water when they wake up this morning, approximately 50 homes will be affected along with commercial zones. The flushing will continue to use super-chlorinate. The operations at water Points of Distribution are going well. Have distributed approximately 12,000 gallons on March 25 and have 50,000 gallons on hand. There has been a shift from bottled distribution to bulk water distribution. The City still has sufficient bottled and bulk water on hand for distribution to the general public for the short-term and commercial grocery stores have their shelves stocked.
